Turf Sistem?

Well,I was thinking,if,every team to have their own turf (Just like in San Andreas Single Player)
And all San Fierro to be splited in turfs (S.W.AT,Army,Azzytechs,Detectives,UF,Killer Clowns,Terrorists..turfs)

Let's say that...I'm in UF,and I am going to wang cars (azzytecs turf)..And I kill 3 members on azzytecs turf,I start an little war..And If I kill like dunno (ex:5 members)..That turf turns into UF turf..But,you shall make an limit..YOu must kill 5 members in 20 minutes....To avoid SK....You shall make an limit (ex:you must kill an member once in 2 minutes...and if you kill one and 1 minutes passed and you killed another one,you shall loose the fight)

UF is going to be more like Free Roam, that means you can do whatever you want and you Don't even have to Dm, but thanks for the idea Andy might likes it

I think this would be really annoying. People bug abusing for their turf and flame wars if something is not going their way. I don't really support this.
